We were ready to get away from work, from obligations, from the humdrum of daily life. Our destination, southwest and central Idaho, filled the bill. We normally prefer our vacations on the go, rarely settling down in any place for more than one night. We usually arrive at our destination in mid-afternoon so that we can enjoy the area, then move on the next morning, ready for a new experience.
