United Shade, an affiliate of Dicor Corp., now virtually offers any color, pattern or simulated texture for the integrated valance of its Impulse Shade system, allowing RVers and manufacturers to choose designs based on trends and individual styling for interiors of RVs.
“We’re capitalizing on advances in printing technology and can even print 3D effects on a 2D fabric, enabling us to offer a décor-complementing, fully-assembled, roller shade and valance, right out of the box, to both the OEM and aftermarket,” said Greg Eash National Sales Manager for United Shade. “The versatility is amazing.”
According to the company, owners of older RVs can also benefit from the digital printing concept in the event certain fabrics have been discontinued, eliminating the need for owners to search for matching colors or patterns.
“By offering digital printing, anything they can imagine can be printed. There’s no sorting through endless swatches or waiting for fabric samples to arrive. Show us an image, we’ll match it or create your own design,” said Bob Keller, general manager of United Shade.
