The luxury of owning an RV isn’t something everyone enjoys. For those of you who do, the joy is sometimes accompanied by the problem of where to park your traveling home between trips. If you don’t have enough room on your property, a monthly fee to store it is usually the only option. Often lot sizes don’t make an RV parking pad feasible or homeowner association rules don’t allow it.

RVers who come to Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort in Casa Grande, Arizona, for the winter are active, environmentally aware and generous.
They recycled 80,000 aluminum cans and 40 tons of paper last season, with the proceeds going to the local food bank. They donated 500 gifts ranging from basketballs to bicycles for distribution to needy children at Christmas. And they raised $15,000 to fight cancer with a two-day program that included golf, tennis, lawn bowling and horseshoe tournaments.

You are just minutes from Arches and Canyonlands national parks, the Colorado River and all sorts of recreational opportunities—hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, ATVing and more—when you stay at the luxurious Portal RV Resort in Moab, Utah.
{mosimage}But that’s just part of the story. You are also within easy walking distance of the town of Moab and yet camped in a secluded setting bordering a nature preserve. The panoramic view stretches across red rock canyon country to the La Sal Mountains. It is a unique location, with convenient access to the town and recreation sites and yet isolated from noise and traffic, and protected from encroaching development by the neighboring nature preserve.
And now RVers have an opportunity to not only stay at the resort, but also own a lot.
The 30-acre resort has two sections. The northern section is open for rent to all RVs and tents. The south side, where lots are available for sale, is a restricted area designed for fifth wheels, Class A motorhomes and super C and B motorhomes.
