{mosgoogle left}Layoffs in the RV industry have pushed the unemployment rate in Elkhart as high as 18 percent this year.  To help the economy, the rally’s welcome gifts will be tote bags made by former RV workers using scrap material from RV manufacturers and suppliers that have gone out of business or cut back on production. All of the items in the tote bags will be from local businesses.
