Earned advertising rates are based upon insertions per 12-month period. Contact Ad Representative for Web advertising. Special show issues with added distributions may carry a 35% surcharge. Rates are subject to change.

GENERAL REGULATIONS
Proofing: Where proofs are requested, copy must be received two weeks prior to the first of the month preceding cover date.
Requests: All position stipulations appearing on orders will be treated as requests.

The publisher will not be bound by any conditions that conflict with the provisions of this rate card. No allowance for errors in key numbers. Publisher’s direct or indirect liability to an advertising agency or advertiser shall not exceed the invoiced cost of the advertisement. Custom graphics design for outside publications available at $60 per hour.

Fifteen percent (15%) discount to advertisers for camera-ready art work, provided net is paid within 30 days following invoice date. Publisher will not honor the 15% discount for camera-ready ads if unpaid over 30 days. A 1.5% service charge will be compounded monthly on accounts 30 days in arrears. PRINTING SPECIFICATIONS
Printed on Web Offset on Electrobrite or comparable stock, saddle stitched and trimmed. 105 line screen preferred (85 acceptable). Preferred printing material is one piece negative, right reading, emulsion side down, a Macintosh Quark Xpress document with all fonts and art, press ready PDF or Tiff file. Submit proof. When production is necessary, typesetting, design, and extra work will be billed at commercial rates. All copy is subject to publisher’s approval.

CANCELLATIONS
No cancellations accepted after closing date. Covers cannot be cancelled. Cancelled contracts will be short rated to earned rate. When new copy or copy changes are not received by space reservation’s closing date, the publisher reserves the right to run the most recent insertion. Written space cancellations are accepted prior to closing date only.

TERMS/PAYMENT LIABILITY
Rendering of bill to an advertising agency shall not release advertiser in case of non-payment by agency. In the event of non-payment, publisher reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such invoices as are due and payable to publisher. Both advertisers and advertising agencies are required to sign contracts.
