The end of November, I ordered Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 thru the Microsoft Internet Store. There was an error on the final order so I immediately called and the fellow said that order had not gone through. He took my order over the phone. You guessed right. Two boxes arrived two days apart. To date I have received four “Return Authorization Requests” for but no “separate” label has come via e-mail to return the extra one.
I have called four times with various reference numbers and this morning their investigation of the paper trail found that the order had already been returned! Amazing, considering the box was right in front of me. After a few more minutes, they decided to send me “another” label, the one like I had never received. Ah well.
The Christmas cards are mostly mailed. I made a montage of family pictures again this year, forgetting how much color cartridges cost and that I wasn’t going to do that any more. But then again, so many people have professed to liking them that I was pushed to continue. Maybe next year. I do like getting Christmas cards and yes, I love getting the letters that everyone else hates. I like knowing what is happening in people’s lives to the point where a signature in a card no longer fulfills my needs.
Enjoy the season and God Bless until next time.
