If you don’t want a fifth-wheel with the full garage of a toy hauler, but would like one with a small, separate space to carry a motorcycle, kayaks or bicycles, the Alfa Gold Side Hauler might be for you.
The Alfa Gold 3905SH comes with a slideout room on the side that can serve as a 36-square-foot garage for a single motorcycle. Or you can choose an option that uses that space as a storage room to haul bicycles, kayaks or hobby items, or another option that outfits the room as a private space for children.
All of these options are available in a versatile fifth-wheel that is designed to accommodate the needs of active families without sacrificing living space to a huge garage.
The Alfa Gold 3905SH from the Lifestyle Luxury RV Division of EverGreen RV has a large living room that includes two recliner chairs and a big sofa that converts to a queen-size bed. The center island kitchen is equipped with Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances, a 12-cubic-foot double-door refrigerator, microwave, three-burner range and oven.
In the bedroom, there is a large slideout and queen bed, a wardrobe with adjacent storage shelves and a walk-in closet that is prepped for an optional washer/dryer. The bathroom is accessed off a door in the hallway leading to the bedroom.
If you choose the motorcycle garage option, you get an eight-foot-long lift system and remote control that makes it easy for one person to load the motorcycle. You strap the bike on the lift ramp and it is raised to the side room, where it can be kept with tools and accessories in a closed LED-lit garage.
If you choose the “kids room option,” you get a 36-square-foot playroom equipped with retractable bunks that can sleep four children, a wardrobe and storage for clothing and toys, and a flat screen TV on the wall for entertainment and gaming. The playroom door opens to the living area at the rear of the fifth wheel.
The suggested retail price is about $110,000. For more information, visit lifestylelrv.com
