The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds is planning to move to new offices in Castle Rock, Colorado, from rented space in nearby Larkspur. Plans call for the organization to pay $721,300 for the second floor of a three-story office complex. ARVC would gain revenue by leasing one of the floor’s three office suites to an existing tenant. The purchase would be paid for by $950,000 in proceeds from the organization’s sale of its offices in Virginia three years ago.
