You don’t need a stove with an oven to bake a cake if you have the Omnia Oven from InterCon Marking. It bakes food on a gas stove burner, alcohol stove or electric hotplate.
The Omnia Oven has a 2.1-quart aluminum dish, a treated steel base plate with a center hole and an aluminum lid. Ventilation holes give cakes and breads room to rise.
It cooks food evenly because of the central, cone-shaped hole at the top and an air lock between the base plate and the aluminum dish. The OM4500 Omnia Oven weighs a little more than a pound and is 10.5 inches in diameter and 5.5 inches high. Suggested retail price is $79.95.
