DeLorme has released an updated 2010 version of its Street Atlas USA DVD, which provides street-level detail map software for the U.S. and Canada and includes major roads in Mexico. The software can be used on a laptop PC, netbook, PDA or touchscreen phone and is GPS ready so you can connect your laptop to a DeLorme Earthmate or other receiver and obtain spoken directions.
Features include automatic routing, aerial imagery and over 4 million places of interest so that you can find restaurants, lodgings, truck stops, sports venues and businesses. You can also calculate your fuel usage and costs.
