The Class A Outlaw toy haulers from Thor Motor Coach can come with a rear garage to haul recreational toys, or you can choose a floor plan that replaces the garage with a big bedroom, patio deck and outdoor entertainment center.
The model configured for people who don’t want a garage is ideal for tailgating. A patio deck folds down at the rear of the coach to reveal an exterior kitchenette and an entertainment center with a 50-inch TV. The patio kitchen has a sink, refrigerator and portable gas grill. In this floor plan, the 38RE, a door leads from the patio deck to a half-bath. The area that is occupied by a garage in other Outlaw motorhomes contains a big bedroom with a king-size bed and a nine-foot-high coffered ceiling.
Both the 38RE and the 37RLS are about 38 feet long and come with an overhead bunk with an electric drop-down mechanism. When lowered, the bed provides sleeping space for two. When raised, it is camouflaged into the ceiling and can provide a place to secure personal items while you are away since it is operated by a separate key. In addition to the drop-down bunk, the 37RLS floor plans offer a lot of sleeping space, including a sofa bed, a loft bed in the garage, and a Dream Dinette that converts to a sleeping area.
For 2016, Thor is introducing another floor plan with a garage, the 37RB. It increases privacy by offering a separate bedroom in a slideout with a Denver mattress queen-size bed.
All Outlaw toy haulers are equipped with Thor’s Rapid Camp wireless control system that can operate the leveling jacks, slideouts, generator, patio awning and patio light from up to 50 feet away.
The 2016 Outlaw Class A models have manufacturer’s suggested retail prices starting at $176,850. For information, visit outlawrv.com
