Back by popular demand, the American Lung Association’s annual Golf Tour Book is again available in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. The Golf Tour Book includes discounts on more than 5,000 rounds of golf at over 250 fine facilities throughout the four-state area. In addition, all Tennessee state park courses are included in the program.
Each participating golf course offers book holders a reduced rate on one or more rounds of golf; some courses permit one round a month; and 59 clubs allow unlimited play. The book also includes driving range and indoor golf discounts. Golf Tour Books may be purchased for only $25 per book.
“As golfers hit the links this spring, they are looking for ways to save money so they can play more often,” said Carolyn Embry, who coordinates Golf Tour Book program for the American Lung Association. “The Golf Tour Book is packed with discounts for the golfer, while also saving lives by supporting lung disease research and other critical lung health programs,” she said.
Savings apply throughout 2015, said Embry, who encourages people to pick up extra Golf Tour Books for family members and friends or for any special gift-giving occasions.
All proceeds from Golf Tour Book sales benefit the American Lung Association. Revenue generated from the program helps fund life-saving medical research, education, support groups for people with chronic lung ailments, and advocacy for public policy to support improving lung health and preventing lung disease.
The book contains 150 golf course listings in Kentucky, 18 in Indiana, five in Ohio, and an additional 64 in Tennessee. It also includes a number of indoor golf facilities and driving ranges in the four-state region. For a complete listing of participating courses, view the online brochure at www.alatn.org.
Golf Tour Books may be ordered by calling the American Lung Association at 1-877-893-5864 or by sending a check to the American Lung Association’s golf book processing center: American Lung Association, P.O. Box 9067, Louisville, Kentucky 40209. Good through the end of 2015, the discount book is also available online at www.alatn.org.

Are the lung golf cards available in 2020
Me and my friends have used the lung golf book for years and would welcome it’s return. I see it hasn’t been available since 2015. Please bring it back.
