{mosimage}The Motor Coach Village is part of a 650-acre golf community on the back side of Mt. Spokane, in Blanchard, Idaho, just across the Washington State line. The development includes homes, condominiums, townhomes and motorhome sites.
The motor coach sites range from 3,600 to more than 6,500 square feet. Each pad is fully landscaped, and the owners have telephone and Internet access, and full hookups for sewer, water and 100-amp power. Forty-seven sites have been sold so far and 30 more are available for sale in 2009.

There is a fitness center with a workout room, an indoor pool and hot tub, a big screen TV, karaoke, laundry facilities, and a special events center for receptions, banquets, family reunions and other events. There is also a path for walking, jogging and biking.
You can go horseback riding, mountain biking, boating, fishing and water skiing during the typical 85-degree summer days and try cross-country skiing, downhill skiing and snowshoeing in winter.
{mosimage}In addition to all the nearby recreational opportunities, StoneRidge is conveniently near towns that have all the stores, restaurants and medical facilities that one would need.
The Motor Coach Village is adjacent to the 18-hole StoneRidge Golf Course, a 6,684-yard, par 71 course that is on the esteemed Northern Loop of the Idaho Golf Trail. Golf Digest has included it on its “Best Places to Play” list for 2008-09. The course has a unique east to west design that captures every bit of sunlight for an extra hour of play each day. As a bonus, there is a challenging 19th hole on a narrow tree-lined fairway that plays 238 yards and is the perfect place to claim bragging rights (at least until the next time you play).
Within an hour’s drive of StoneRidge, you will find 30 golf courses, five mountain ski resorts, the Silverwood Theme Park and Idaho’s three largest and most beautiful lakes: Priest Lake, Lake Pend Oreille and Lake Coeur d’Alene. The Canadian border and the scenic drive known as the International Selkirk Loop are also nearby.
Joseph Gregonis, a retired medical doctor and resident at StoneRidge Motor Coach Village, said StoneRidge offers everything he and his wife were looking for in a golf community. “Friendly people, a great golf experience and various recreation opportunities…made this an easy choice for a healthy, active and safe environment for many years to come,” he said.
Garry John Garrett, a retired police lieutenant, said, “Stone Ridge is so peaceful and serene that my wife and I have not found anywhere that compares to this tranquil safe haven.”

John O’Shea, a retired police investigator, said he cherishes the way of life that he and his wife have found at StoneRidge. He calls it “the ultimate golf and recreational community in Northern Idaho.” He added, “The people are super friendly, the community is spread out over 650 acres, and the views of the lakes and mountains take a back seat to no other community in the Northwest.”
