National Parks Offer Free Admission

The Department of the Interior has expanded its free admission days at national parks, national wildlife refuges and many areas managed by the Bureau of Land Management. Free admission will be offered on June 5-6, August 14-15, and Public Lands Day, September 25, and Veterans Day, November 11.

Free admission days are part of the Obama Administration’s America’s Great Outdoors Initiative, which encourages Americans to engage in healthy outdoor activities.
