Redwood RV Assembles Staff

Redwood RV, the startup created by Thor Industries to produce high-end fifth wheel travel trailers, has filled key management positions and reported that it is close to finalizing a production location in Elkhart County, Indiana.

Don Emahiser, president of Redwood RV, announced that Dan Kreider, former vice president at KZ RV, will become vice president of manufacturing, and Ray Patterson, who designed luxury towable products at Monaco, will be head engineer.  Don Rheimheimer, a retired executive from Keystone RV, will be a senior consultant.  Redwood RV, which will produce fifth wheels starting at $65,000, plans to introduce its first products at the National RV Trade Show in Louisville at the end of November.
