RV Parks Consultant Earns Honor

Bob MacKinnon, who spent 30 years managing resort operations for the Walt Disney Company before launching his own consulting firm to advise campground operators, has received the Stan Martin Award from the California Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds. The award honors MacKinnon for his activism and support for park operators.

MacKinnon developed GuestReviews, which helps park operators gather information to help meet customers’ expectations. His company, GuestRated.com, provides RVers with access to customer ratings of campgrounds.
