Richard Curtin, who forecasts RV industry trends for the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association, expects manufacturers to ship 349,400 RVs to customers this year, an increase of 8.8 percent over last year. And he is predicting that shipments will hit 360,100 units in 2015. This would be the sixth yearly increase since the Great Recession in 2009.
