Sunland RV Resorts, headquartered in La Jolla, California, and Morgan RV Resorts in Saratoga Springs, New York, have acquired Signature Resorts, the luxury RV park division of Monaco Coach Corporation.
Signature properties are in Las Vegas, Nevada; Indio, California; Naples, Florida, and Bar Harbor, Michigan. E. Randall Henderson Jr., who has been president of Signature Resorts since 2004, will continue in that position. He has pioneered luxury RV condominium ownership during a 25-year career developing RV resorts.
Reza Paydar, president of Sunland RV Resorts, and Bob Moser, co-owner of Morgan RV Resorts, issued a joint statement hailing the acquisition. “Signature Resorts is and has been the unmatched leader in RV Living in America,” they said. “Their properties have no equal in beauty, recreation and luxury living for Class A coach owners. They are the five-star choice in the field.”
Sunland RV Resorts owns and operates seven RV resorts in Southern California, including Emerald Desert Resort in Palm Desert, Golden Village Palms RV Resort in Hemet, and five RV resorts in the San Diego area.
Morgan RV Resorts is the nation’s largest privately owned RV park corporation. It has 41 resorts in 14 states, including such popular vacation destinations as the Adirondacks, Chesapeake Bay, Cape Cod and the Florida Keys.
