More than 60 state parks in Washington will remain open seven days a week through the winter, according to the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. Twenty-two parks will be closed through the winter, reopening at various times in the spring.
The winter schedule can be found at parks.wa.gov/parkschedule/. RVers can find campsites on a first-come, first-served basis at most parks. Camping reservations can be made year-round at Cape Disappointment, Deception Pass, Dosewallips, Grayland Beach, Ike Kinswa, Kitsap Memorial, Ocean City and Pacific Beach.
