Harlan Rodberg, who started working as an electrician at the Winnebago factory in Forest City, Iowa, in February 1964, has become the first person to complete 50 years with Winnebago Industries. Rodberg served in a variety of positions over the years, including foreman and production supervisor, and is currently classified as a special repairer. The company honored Rodberg for reaching the milestone. Randy Potts, chairman, CEO and president, said, “Harlan is a very special employee.
