When an RV park receives an overall “A” rating from the web-based GuestRated Satisfaction Survey for the seventh consecutive year, you just know you’re going to be in good hands when it comes time to enjoy your holiday or when you need a break from the road. According to a recent release, Ocean Lakes Family Campground of Myrtle Beach, SC, was one of only 34 campgrounds, RV parks and resorts to receive an impeccable “A” rating from the 2015 customer satisfaction survey.
The results of these ratings are comprised from over 30,000 collected surveys that include a wide variety of different questions ranking guest satisfaction, the release stated. Campers and RV enthusiasts from around the United States are encouraged to post comments and suggestions when submitting their reviews at GuestRated.com.
“Consistently earning an overall ‘A’ grade from guests is difficult, and our 34 winners this year represent less than one percent of all the nation’s campgrounds,” said Bob MacKinnon, president and CEO of GuestRated.com, the company responsible for assembling the nationwide online reviews.

“We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience,” said Barb Krumm, director of marketing and public relations for Ocean Lakes Family Campground. “Receiving this honor for the seventh year is really a testament to the dedication and hard work of our teammates.”

We will never stay there again. Their ‘policies’ aren’t enforced resulting in unsafe situations, their employees lie, and management turns a disinterested ear when told about legal violations.
Ocean Lakes is the poster child for a megasized RV park.
